I offer a wide range of services from consulting on any aspect of IT related issues, whether its an issue with your laptop to setting up your smart TV to connecting all your Internet enabled devices.
I will diagnose, troubleshoot, improve and maintain all types of Digital Technology related devices. Most of the services will be carried out at your home, but in some cases, I would have to take your equipment back to my workshop and attempt to repair them.
Service Charges
The service I provide is charged by how long I am providing technical support for. The first hour charge is £30 and then a further £10 for every half an hour is added
When I visit you for your appointment, we will discuss any of your Digital Technology issues and you\'ll be given a rough idea on how long each technical support you require.
By looking at the following list, each technical support service are determined based on complexity and time. Some issues will require two or more services to help rectify your issues, such as, if your computer requires a new hard drive: that requires a hardware installation service and a data recovery or Operating System installation service, plus I would further help to install the required software and peripherals.
Maximum Service Charge
Everybody worries about spiralling repair or upgrade cost, and to help alleviate those fears, a maximum charge policy is in place for any technical support you require. The maximum charge is £60 per device. even if you require more than one service that when calculated together, it would exceed the maximum charge.
As an added bonus, if you have more devices in your house, each device that require technical support in the house will be a further £20 on top of the maximum charge. For example, that means if you have two computers in your household, and both would require services that would hit the maximum charges, then you will be charged £80, that\'s a saving of £40. So, get your friends laptop round and help to split any cost between you both.... Although I must have a maximum limit of three devices per visit.
Spread the cost of your repair:
Computer repair cost are divided into two categories; a Component Charge & a Service Charge. Should you require an upgrade or need a replacement component to help rectify any of your electronic devices, I will source and price the part using any of the reputable on-line stores or if the part is available locally, which I will, personally go and collect. You\'ll be required to pay up-front for the cost of the required components, however, to help spread the cost and ease the burden on you, you\'ll be allowed up-to 30 days to pay the service charge. (can go longer at my discretion and agreement)

Guarantees
Simply put, I guarantee all work for 30 days. If after you received technical support and the same issues arises, you will be promptly booked in for a visit to investigate the issues and receive technical support at no extra charge. If it turns out that you have an unrepairable device, then you will get your money back. Please do not hesitate to get in touch with me.
