The worse thing to have on any digital technology devices is a virus. This is a part of software that has been installed in someway without someone knowing it’s true and intended operation. If installed on any device, it can appear to do many different things such as make your words or letters appear different, make your mouse go the opposite intended way the user is trying to navigate, etc. Sometimes, a virus can inherently run silently in the background doing nothing but collect data, to maliciously destroy data quiet over so much time, or worse, collect your data that may lead to financial ruins!
Anti Virus programs are software that can scan for these viruses and malware’s that may have been installed without the users knowing. These antivirus programs are using methods known to them in how a virus works much like how we know human viruses works and how best to treat them.
Sometimes, you may get targeted by a hacker who has made and compiled a virus that is only going to be used the one time so that the antivirus companies don’t know anything about this virus being used and the antivirus program will not know it being used on your computer since it hasn’t been flagged as a malicious program.
